  Obama pelosi reid schumer franks spent 1 $Trillion for pork, payback, payoff, … and making gov bigger and more controlling. obama also has 4.5 $Trillion on the table when you add in the 3.5 $Trillion dollar budget.
  1 Trillion is a 1 with 12 zeros = 1,000,000,000,000. If you take 4,500,000,000,000 and divide by the population of America of 305,000,000, you get $14,754 per person or $59,016 per household if the average household was 4 persons.
 So you tell me who is better off deciding what to do with $59,016 of taxpayer money in 2009? $59,016 of taxpayer money going into the corrupt, union payoff, bigger gov power and control, new cars for gov employees, insulation for gov buildings, infrastructure that uses matching imported crude oil at 40% of the expenditure, corn ethanol that is a sick political play, … ,-all going into the black hole of bureaucracy controlled by the left as they tell obama what to do.
  obama has doubled the deficit that he inherited from the past deficit of all presidents; and his anti-biz, anti-energy, ignorance on energy, ignorance on free trade, …, and lack of support for free enterprise will create an economy that can’t compete in a global world. I am not sure how much longer free enterprise America will be able to fight back against the leftist gov obsessed obama.
  Obama apologizing for the US, releasing top secret information knowing this would get Americans killed and destroy any hope of America gathering worthwhile intelligence in the future. Pelosi blabbering top secret info –that had not been released –is also FACT. In text, out of text, any way you cut it –obama and pelosi has made American security at home and our military impossible.

Releasing pictures and confidential security information that took place during a time of war –not to mention the US is still in a time of war -demonstrates the very sick anti-American obama superiority ego.
  These pictures will be plastered in every foreign country and every terrorist group as motivation to kill Americans.
  How can a US president have a conversation in a top secret format, or intelligence gathering take place in foreign countries –when there is no ability to gather information in secrecy? Obama has made intelligence gathering impossible with his cowardly acts of political leftist ego.
  Obama should be impeached, -he has no sense at all of what is required for the security of America and the American military.

Gov laws are responsible for all the fine print; and here we are with these obama democrats writing 4,600 more pages of law to make credit card companies use LESS FINE PRINT. Does that make sense to you?

  Obama releasing a lot of Iraq war documents is about as anti-American as one can get; as well as planned for the liberal media to pick out of text info to make Bush and Cheney look bad –obama obviously lives for this kind of sick power play. How do our Allies feel knowing the present American President releases top secret and confidential documents just for a whim of gaining more political power?
  How do you think secret service, advanced infantry, marines, high level security, navy seals, an infantry private, …, feels when he has to make a split decision in the field? Will he be dis-honored at a later date based on decisions to survive and protect America? The rule book of war is trying to survive; -and sometimes that means killing the bad guy before he kills you or your friend next to you. This obama lack of respect for the highest level of Presidential Conversation and Confidential Security Info during time of war is both ignorance and a very sick moral superiority.    JayR

 Howard Dean on CNBC just said the gov has to control the banks because the banks were irresponsible and caused the financial meltdown. NO, Dean –you the gov –that was entrusted with tens of regulatory agencies and a congress and senate with large staffs –never caught an Enron, never caught a Madoff, never regulated credit swaps, gov never saw anything wrong with bank leverage at 30 to 1, -gov never had the smart to regulate jack; –and so you blame the banks. Banks were using the Clinton law to make money. The banks were wrong; but gov was more wrong by passing the laws that created bad financial schemes; and never having enough smart to see or stop -housing schemes that would wreck the financial system.
 There are several lists of folks responsible for the financial meltdown -so I don’t blame Clinton; but Clinton passed important legislation:  Clinton signed the Commodity Futures Modernization Act, which exempted credit-default swaps from regulation. In 1995 Clinton loosened housing rules by rewriting the Community Reinvestment Act, which put added pressure on banks to lend in low-income neighborhoods. Bush= pushed early on for tighter controls over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but he failed to move Congress.
 Once again: Banks getting money vs GM getting money? Banks are necessary for the American financial system to work; -buying a new car is not the most important consideration in a depression. Not to mention the liars of unions and their payed off democrat politicians who bankrupted the big 3 automakers; -and are presently after legislation to force ALL companies to follow the same fate. obama pelosi reid schumer don’t give one damn how much more the general public would have to pay for prescription drugs, food, clothes, and all kinds of things we use everyday –if Wal-Mart becomes union. You can follow the money payoff trail from Fannie & Freddie, AIG, unions, lawyers, … directly to obama pelosi dodd schumer reid.
 I wish we had gov leaders with some respect for free-enterprise capitalism; -instead of lying to cover up the failure of the socialist union democrats.        JayR

  The factor that hurts the most as America moves to the obama pelosi biden summers franks reid GOV CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP SOCIETY is the millions of Americans that gave their lives in combat to preserve America. They did not fight for gov control and ownership. They, We, fought for Freedom. Freedom for the individual to better himself, to make $50 a week –or $500M a week.
  No American ever fought to defend a country that was ALL gov jobs. No American ever fought to defend politicians that put gov first and people last. No American ever fought to defend politicians that look to the biggest private business profit or individual private sector income -and then legislate a way to tax 50% or more of that income.

  Summers is perfect to replace Bernake. Summers lies about what got us here, is obsessed with gov control and gov ownership, -and offers nothing to any conversation other than obama polices walk on water and Bush caused the whole thing. Which is directly in line with obama.

Positive gnp, unemployment around 5%, the best living conditions and opportunities ever in the US and the world, … is what you had for the Bush 8 years -in spite of 9-11, having to use tax money to build a Homeland Security, hurricanes, crude oil to 150, a RELENTLESS LYING LEFTIST MEDIA, … Only after obama was clearly going to be the prez in Aug of ’08 did the bottom fall out of the economy as investors determined an obsessed gov control/ownership liberal prez would be anti-American business. For the under 30: It is anti-American for a prez to be making gov bigger while killing free enterprise jobs.  Obama never gave a damn about a quick economic recovery -as would have been possible with opening up drilling for American crude oil, research for the use of American resources like coal and natural gas. The only goal obama had was to get his payback, pork, and vote buying temporary tax credits into law. obama played the “fear of a depression” card to get his gov trillion dollar spending passed. The obama $Trillion spending and the obama budget is about gov control/ownership, lies on the environment of coal taxes suddenly creating a magic solar panel, lies on the elimination of the “secret ballot” to allow the unionization of Wal-Mart, … The incredible small amount in the $Trillion for infrastructure -was all gov infrastructure -Nothing to attack the real economic problem in America -which is losing 600,000 private enterprise jobs every month.
  The incredible lie about inheriting such a bad economy –when obama and gang doubled the US budget DEFICIT in the first few weeks of his presidency; and most forecasts show a tripling of the budget deficit over a period of 6 years. The growing unsustainable budget deficit assures America will not be a world leader in 5 years. Foreign countries can come in and finish buying America -because our private enterprise will be so close to bankruptcy -and the American dollar will be worthless.
  The American economy would have already righted itself if the obama peolsi summers reid schumer bunch had just stayed home. The fed work, the drop in gasoline prices, the drop in crude oil prices, break-thru discoveries by oil and gas companies has dropped natural gas prices down below $4/thousand cubic feet, … has kept the economy going. All of the gov control/ownership crap and spending coming out of Washington has only got in the way of free enterprise. The bottom line is the liberal media will continue hiding the lies; and convincing the American flock that big gov control/ownership is good for them.
  And if national health care is going to save everyone from high health care costs; then I have some ocean-front property near Bentonville I can sell you. No money ever went into the hands of gov control and came out worthy. We have already tried Fannie & Freddie with gov controls; and we got a housing meltdown. It was Wal-Mart that gave you $4 prescriptions; and lowered the prices for several other drugs –not big gov.
   The obama ego power obsession and gov control and ownership obsession –is like playing Russian roulette –except putting a round in all chambers, and then taking a shot at  your foot.
Not quite is bad as taking a shot at your head; -but will definitely hold back the kind of prosperous America that we should be living in.

  I had made a post on 4/12/09 that I later deleted –due to my criticism of Obama. Not that I was wrong on any count; just figure truth is not always a good thing when bashing a prez. Pirates taking a ship flying the American flag should have been resolved in a few hours. Every situation is different; but time is in the side of the pirates (by the way, part of the pirate money goes to al queda factions). The American Navy should have standing orders for immediate action where US action is needed to confront pirates & not tie their hands behind their back with gov micro-manage. The US has a lot to lose if American hostages reach land where pirates have the upper hand hiding in the civilian population.
  I was wondering how many times this captain had to jump in the water at the risk of being shot in the head before the US Navy blew the pirate boat out of the water.
  If the mission had ended with the hostage Captain getting killed, -the liberals would have had a field day claiming the US Navy was guilty of whatever -and trying to court martial the Navy Captain and a lot of “American the imperialist bully” press going on.
  All we really need is 2 or 3 Blackwater Agents on every vessel armed with superior weapons; -and you put an end to this terrorist attack on free commerce. You cannot counter terrorist attacks in Iraq or Afghanistan or the open sea; -unless you respond with folks that are trained to counter terrorist attacks –it’s that simple.
