  [1  The obama decision to bring terrorists to trial in New York, -or to give any terrorist a civil trial in America, -is clear reason to impeach this President. The Highest Honor that can be bestowed to any Terrorist -is an American civil trial -and the platform it provides for presenting America as an evil force, weak, and extreme fools, and the release of more and more top secret info that will get Americans killed.
  The American trial system was broken by leftist lawyers and judges many years ago -as the oj simpson circus trial proved.
  [2  Obama Closing Gitmo and lying about it. Obama claims Gitmo is an al qaeda recruiting tool. The fact is -the biggest recruiting tool of al qaeda to kill Americans is because Americans are capitalists. Maybe obama can stop capitalism in America and further satisfy al qaeda.
  The truth is -al qaeda is using Gitmo as a recruiting tool -because closing Gitmo means al qaeda won. obama is shown to the world as a weak fool who places arrogant personal use of power ahead of American security.
  [3  Obama continuing the Release of Confidential Information is already getting cia and other American security personnel killed.
  The pictures released by obama and other confidential information is a much bigger recruiting tool for al qaeda -than any consequence of leaving Gitmo open as a prison to house terrorists.
  The confidential information obama continues to release prevents our allies from trusting that any info they give us will be kept confidential, -making cia operations impossible without even more risk.
  The continuous flow of confidential info out the obama white house is killing cia operatives and preventing America from getting the intel that is necessary to keep America safe.  
  [4  Obama giving terrorists a civil trial with a lawyer -will kill thousands of Americans over the next 3 years. To not question the December airline bomber, & instead give him a lawyer -is an act of treason -as well as the arrogant sick leftist ideology of obama.
  How many Americans would have liked this guy questioned to find his accomplices and how and why?
  [5 The obama foreign policy to Stop missile shields -when there is No bigger deterrent to war than the ability/right of a country to defend itself. This obama act of treason may very well cause mass destruction in a nuclear war. Russia is supplying Iran with missile shields as well as offensive weapons to shoot down planes and destroy ships, as well as the technology to build nuclear weapons, -all this will take place with American missile shields or not. Of course, Russia does not like missile shields, -missile shields level the playing field.
  Obama cowering down to Russia on missile shields shows the world obama is weak -and a fool. There is nothing that could be done to better assure world peace than to build missile shields, -assuring a country will have the resources to fight back.
  [6  It makes no sense to be sending more troops into Afghanistan, -while obama has a foreign policy based on political correctness and leftist ideology.
  Obama has created a win-win situation for terrorists. If the terrorists kill Americans they win. If a terrorist gets caught, -obama rewards them with a lawyer -and a microphone to sell their propaganda.
  [7  Janet Napolitano is a leftist nut who thinks the terrorist word is too harsh, -and has no resume to be in a position of providing security for America.
  Napolitano -after the Dec airline bombing -saying everything worked as it was supposed to -should have dictated firing.
  [8  Obama claiming "systematic failures" in intel gathering and the fault falling on US intelligence agencies is not true. You can't improve intel without "profiling", -which obama is opposed to. You can't improve security with a blabbermouth admin that is announcing every security move that America is taking -plus releasing more and more classified info every day. This is simply the obama ideology at work: Nothing to gear up intel, -which is the basis of national security.
  [9  Obama chooses to spend $Billions for obsolete equipment such as x-ray machines and hundreds of other modes of harassment for airline passengers.
  A better solution would be to use modern technology to id everyone getting on a plane, and many of the techniques Israel uses. The evolving technology of eye scan, fingerprints, etc., -have got to be used to start catching terrorists and making the world safer.
  Accurate ID allows the good guys to fly without standing in lines, the supect folks to get more screening, and some bad guys to actually be caught.
  Obama solutions are to spend $Billions to find a bomb. A real solution would be to gather intel so bombers would be caught where they are being trained and recruited. Intel is the basis of national security.
  [10  Proof of the obama leftist ideology giving terrorists motivation they are winning: More American troops died in the month of October in Afghanistan than in any month in the whole 8 years of the Bush administration.
  [11  Obama  has to be impeached to get rid of all of the radical leftists who are now running America: van jones, eric holder, the acorn style groups, the union mafia and payoffs, the ties to corrupt politicians, the ties and payoffs such as Fannie and Freddie, and on and on.
50% of Americans don't pay any taxes now. The obama doctrine is to get as many people as possible on gov welfare -so they will be forced to vote for obama -and the left -from now on.
  The obama goal is to destroy capitalism, -re-setting America to look like Cuba with all gov jobs and gov welfare -the obama gov is here to take care of you.
  ARLP has brainwashed seniors for decades pushing democrats as the good guys. Wake up seniors, -the dems just passed a health bill ripping $.5Trillion out of medicare, added about 20 million illegals and folks that never had a job to give them healthcare. Healthcare is not a right, it has to be earned, just like a paycheck -or the right to be a citizen -or the right to vote, ....
  Dems have given convicts the right to vote -anyone who has received fed welfare, -anyone who acorn can write up false info about, .... The old democrats are gone, -the new leftist thugs are in charge: pelosi reid schumer dodd ....
  [12  Obama providing the Ft Hood killer with a lawyer and the next 20 years of courts and appeals -is not much consolation for the families of those that were killed. Obama is guilty of treason to not have made sure this killer was not given a military trial -and questioning to find out who, what, and why -instead of spending $Billions for terrorists to have lawyers and a civil trials.
America should not wait until thousands die before we make our laws and decisions fit the crime. Americans must demand that terrorists be questioned, -and not be given the rights of a civil trial.

The Joke’s on Us
The Pantybomber wasn’t the big joke. We are.

On Christmas Day, a gentleman from Nigeria succeeded (effortlessly) in boarding a flight to Detroit with a bomb in his underwear. Pretty funny, huh?

But the Pantybomber wasn’t the big joke. The real laugh was the United States government. The global hyperpower spent the next week making itself a laughingstock to the entire planet. First, the bureaucrats at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) swung into action with a whole new range of restrictions.

Against radical Yemen-trained Muslims wearing weaponized briefs? Of course not. That would be too obvious. So instead they imposed a slew of constraints against you. At Heathrow last week, they were permitting only one item of carry-on on U.S. flights. In Toronto, no large purses.

Um, the Pantybomber didn’t have a purse. He brought the bomb on board under his private parts, and his private parts weren’t part of his carry-on (although, if reports of injuries sustained in his failed mission are correct, they may well have been part of his carry-off). But no matter. If in doubt, blame the victim. The TSA announced that for the last hour of the flight no passenger can use the toilets or have anything on his lap — not a laptop, not a blanket, not a stewardess, not even a paperback book. I can’t wait for the first lawsuit after an infidel flight attendant confiscates a litigious imam’s Koran as they’re coming into LAX.

You’re still free to read a paperback if you’re flying from Paris to Sydney, or Stockholm to Beijing, or Kuala Lumpur to Heathrow. But not to LAX or JFK. The TSA were responding as bonehead bureaucracies do: Don’t just stand there, do something. And every time the TSA does something, you’ll have to stand there, longer and longer, suffering ever more pointless indignities. Last week, guest-hosting The Rush Limbaugh Show, I took a call from a lady who said that, if it helps keep her safe, she’s happy to get to the airport “four, five, whatever hours” before the flight. Try to put a figure on “whatever” and you’ll get a sense of where America’s transportation system is headed. Ten years ago, you got to the airport 45 minutes, an hour before the flight. Now, thanks to the ever more demanding choreographers of the homeland-security kabuki, it’s two, three, four, whatever. Look at O’Hare and imagine the size of airport we’ll need. And by then the Pantybomber won’t even need to get on the plane; he can kill more people blowing up the check-in line.

And remember, this was a bombing mission that “failed.” With failures like this, who needs victories?

Joke, joke, joke. The only good news was that the derision was so universal that the TSA promptly reined in some of their wackier impositions a couple of days later. But by then Janet Incompetano, the homeland-security secretary, had gone on TV and declared to the world that there was nothing to worry about: “The system worked.”

Indeed, it worked “smoothly.” The al-Qaeda trainee on a terrorist watch list, a man banned from the United Kingdom and reported to the CIA by his own father, got on board the plane, assembled the bomb, and attempted to detonate it. But don’t worry ’bout a thing; the system worked.

Twenty-four hours later, Secretary Incompetano was back on TV to protest that her words had been taken “out of context.” No doubt, the al-Qaeda-trained CIA-reported cash-paying crotch-stuffed watch-list member’s smooth progress through check-in was also taken “out of context.”

But by then the president of the United States had also taken to the airwaves. For three days, he had remained silent — which I believe is a world record for the 44th president. Since Jan. 20, 2009, it’s been difficult to switch on the TV and not find him yakking — accepting an award in Oslo for not being George W. Bush, doing Special Olympics gags with Jay Leno, apologizing for America to some dictator or other . . .  But across the electric wires an eerie still had descended. And when the president finally spoke, even making allowances for his usual detached cool, he sounded less like a commander-in-chief addressing the nation after an attempted attack than an assistant DA at a Cook County press conference announcing a drug bust: “Here’s what we know so far. . . . As the plane made its final approach to Detroit Metropolitan Airport, a passenger allegedly tried to ignite an explosive device. . . . The suspect was immediately subdued. . . . The suspect is now in custody and has been charged.” Etc, etc, piling up one desiccated legalism on another: “Allegedly . . . ” “suspect . . . ” “charged . . . ” The president can’t tell an allegedly alleged suspect (which is what he is in Obama fantasy-land) from an enemy combatant (which is what he is in cold hard reality). But worse than the complacent cop-show jargonizing was a phrase it’s hard to read as anything other than a deliberate attempt to mislead the public: The president referred to the Knickerbomber as an “isolated extremist.” By this time, it was already clear that young Umar had been radicalized by jihadist networks in London and fast-tracked to training in Yemen by terror operatives who understood the potentially high value of a Westernized Muslim with excellent English from a respectable family. Yet President Obama tried to pass him off as some sort of lone misfit who wakes up one morning and goes bananas. Could happen to anyone.

But, if it takes the White House three days to react to an attack on the United States, their rapid-response unit can fire back in nothing flat when Dick Cheney speaks. “It is telling,” huffed the president’s communications director, Dan Pfeiffer, “that Vice President Cheney and others seem to be more focused on criticizing the administration than condemning the attackers.”

“Condemning the attackers”? What happened to all the allegedly alleged stuff? Shouldn’t that be “condemning the alleged isolated attacker”? The communications director seems to be wandering a bit off-message here, whatever the message is: The system worked, so we’re inconveniencing you even more. The system failed, but the alleged suspect is an isolated extremist, so why won’t that cowardly squish Cheney have the guts to condemn the attacker and his vast network of associates?

The real message was conveyed by Fouad Ajami, discussing the new administration’s foreign policy in the Wall Street Journal: “No despot fears Mr. Obama, and no blogger in Cairo or Damascus or Tehran, no demonstrator in those cruel Iranian streets, expects Mr. Obama to ride to the rescue.” True. Another Iranian deadline passed on New Year’s Eve, but the United States will set a new one for Groundhog Day or whenever.

And, just as the thug states understand they now have the run of the planet, so do the terror cells. A thwarted terror attack at Christmas is bad enough. Spending the following week making yourself a global joke is worse. Every A-list despot and dimestore jihadist got that message loud and clear — and so did American allies already feeling semi-abandoned by this most parochial of presidents. Expect a bumpy twelve months ahead. Happy New Year.]
  [14  Obama is a liar on energy independence. The obama $Trillion spendulus was for gov bureaucracy, obama paybacks to acorn and unions, and generally stealing from seniors to go to the obama political machine.
If that money had gone to nuclear plants and American resources coal and natural gas, -unemployment would be at 3% right now and America would no longer be importing $.5Trillion of crude oil every year.
Solar, wind, geothermal, etc., are all wonderful, but don’t work-without federal subsidy -get over it!
  If you had nuclear electric power going, -an electric vehicle could be plugged into nuclear power -instead of a coal fired plant. Does that make any sense?
  [15  There are several cancers on America that need attention, -but will be ignored under obama. The use of marijuana is becoming more legal every day, -even though the marijuana use is the heart of the drug problem. It is proven that 90% plus of all hard drug use starts with marijuana.
The most obvious and proven causes of death in America -such as smoking (killing 400,000 plus in 2009) should be addressed in any health care reform -instead of the 3000 page health bill lie obama reid pelosi dodd van jones is going to pass.
  The health care bill should have been one of taking one piece at a time and getting it right, -not wasting $Trillions from now on -just to get the gov in the middle, and stealing health care from seniors by cutting medicare and adding illegals to the health roles.
  American security depends on having leaders that can tell the truth, let the cia do their work in a confidential manner, stopping drug use, building nuclear to achieve energy independence, helping capitalism by less gov and more permanent incentives like keeping the Bush capital gain tax rates, free trade, import ethanol from Brazil with no tariff to lower the price of gasoline by 50 cents/gallon, …. Obama is against every issue in this paragraph and every other issue that is helpful to the American values of the past 200 years.
  [16  The obama mission: spending as many $Trillion dollars as possible -without creating any sustainable private enterprise jobs.
A real President would: Fast track nuclear plants and use natural gas in commercial vehicles.
A leftist thug will: Continue to spend $Billions for acorn style voter fraud for the obama power base, give voter registration to any illegal for Any reason, get as many as possible on gov welfare -including health care, give Temporary tax breaks for clunkers -or houses -or any madoff scheme -to steal from seniors and shift the money to the gov for re-distribution.                       JayR
