Per Dennis Blair, Director of National Intelligence: Cyber crime is on the rise, global cyber bank and credit card fraud, hacking into critical infrastructure systems, energy, transportation, national security, private company and gov research, missile systems, etc. And American cyber security is falling behind other countries.
