Obama Nuclear Policy assures Russia, China, -or any country in the world -could wipe out the US or an ally, -with the new smaller mobile nuclear weapons

  Obama will spend 5B (1/2 of 1% of the $T spent on the Obama stimulus) to make sure the 30+ year old American nuke silos don’t blow themselves up; but no money for development/testing of the smaller mobile nuclear weapons.
  Obama says no testing of nuclear weapons. This at a time Russia and China have modernized their mobile nuclear weapons systems. Do you remember when Israel could not do anything to stop the mobile rocket launchers from firing rockets into Israel? This proved to the world that anyone could wipe out a nation if mobile rocket launchers had nuclear warheads. The rocket launcher would be relocated immediately after firing the rockets/missiles.
  Obama says to only use previous designs of nuclear weapons, -with no testing or improvement. This at a time Russia and China are developing several classes of modern nuclear weapons for deployment at sea, land, and air -often cleverly disguised and even capable of flying without radar detection.
  To not have a big stick when the phone rings with the next Cuban missile crisis -is the ultimate in Obama ignorance on national security. To a large extent a democrat party problem, -democrats vehemently opposed the Bush development/employment of missile defense shields.
  There is no higher character for man than to take steps to defend peace, family, and country -with a defensive measure to protect your country from being destroyed: the anti-missile systems. Anti-missile systems can’t attack anyone, -they are there to stop incoming missiles. Obama has cowered down to Russia -exposing America and our allies to whatever missiles could come our way.
  Just one more of the Obama 1 to 3 per day new release of chaos in American government. And why not, -Obama needs to divert attention from all the rest of the sick anti-American Obama policies of health care, energy, amnesty for illegals to assure 40 million illegal Latinos will be voting in 2012, cutting Medicare by .5T, ….
