This radio call by Byrd caused panic and a DELAY in the time that Babbitt may have received medical treatment to save her life.

There were 3 Police standing in front of the barricaded door a few seconds before Babbitt was shot, they suddenly moved to the wall allowing some to resume beating on the glass –DOING NOTHING TO STOP THE BANGING ON THE BARRICADED DOUBLE DOOR!

Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit against the US Government for the Babbitt death -we should pray for some justice here.
